He and his crew were always on-time, professional, cleaned up at the end of each day and took great care and pride in their work. William also re-finished my antique banister and other historic woodwork along my staircase. I was so thrilled when I saw the finished product. He provides a high quality job at a reasonable cost and goes out of his way to listen to your concerns and accomodate your needs. Bill has good color sense, which can be useful, but he doesn't try to impose his taste on his client. He and his crew are professional, exacting, neat and careful as well as friendly and helpful. Always willing to go the extra mile, from moving furniture, conculsting on problem areas, doing small unanticipated repairs to (believe it or not) rechanging the curtains! If additional non-paint related work needs doing, Bill will recommend other reliable tradespeople to enable the project to continue smoothly. Patti Henry, Bill's wife, serves as liason between Bill and his customers. She answers calls promptly and cheerfully and is a definate asset to the team. In many cases they fixed various finishing problems left by others and did specialty work like taking down wallpaper, painting around expensive cabinets or furniture and painting of new Anderson windows and doors, leaving them lokking like they were factory pre-installed. They repaired ceilings in the kitchen and large family room before tpaing and painting. In addition, they skim coated the kitchen walls and family room walls before paiting. We are pleased with the final result in all the rooms. The owner, Bill Henry, was very easy to work with, as well as highly skilled. The crew was also easy to work with. They were cordial, courteous and most importantly, punctual to the final clean-up on the last day! My husband and I were impressed with the overall detail and attention, as well as the quality of services provided by Henry's Painting and would highly recommend them.
